PulmOne USA Inc. , located in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, specializes in the MiniBox+ Complete Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) system. The MiniBox+ is the first system with desktop, cabinless, and gasless plethysmography, Spirometry, and DLCO testing. Clinically proven and reimbursable in many US health plans, the system offers highly reproducible results and meets ATS and ERS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or (CPFT/RPFT)– Customer Support Specialist at PulmOne USA, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex (Carrollton). This position is ideal for a credentialed RT who wants to extend their clinical impact beyond the bedside, supporting healthcare providers in delivering high-quality pulmonary diagnostics and patient care.
• Provide expert, clinically grounded support to respiratory therapists, pulmonary function technologists, and physicians via phone, email, and chat.
• Train and guide users on proper MiniBox+ setup, calibration, and testing techniques in accordance with ATS/ERS pulmonary function testing standards.
• Troubleshoot both technical and clinical issues, applying RT expertise to identify patient-related factors, testing errors, or device concerns.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all interactions, clinical inquiries, and technical issues within the CRM system to support compliance and quality initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, and operations teams to resolve complex issues and enhance product performance.
• Support equipment logistics, including deployments, returns, and replacements, minimizing disruption to clinical workflows.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pulmonary diagnostics, lung volume measurement techniques, and reimbursement guidelines to ensure accurate and compliant communication.
• Lead or assist in customer onboarding and training sessions, educating clinicians on best practices for test execution, quality control, and data interpretation.
• Serve as a trusted clinical partner to customers, helping optimize workflow efficiency, test accuracy, and ultimately patient outcomes.
• Support development and design of new products and new product versions.
• Support development of product documentation, both clinical and commercial.
Preferred Qualifications
• Active RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) credential required; CRT considered, RPFT/CPFT a plus
• Experience in pulmonary function testing (PFT lab) strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ATS/ERS guidelines and quality control standards
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
• Experience with medical devices or clinical training/education is a plus
