Job Description

Our client company, a successful and rapidly growing provider of specialty Division 8, 9, 10, and 11 construction products, is looking to hire a Field Installation Supervisor to join the team at their Atlanta-area HQ. This position will be primarily responsible for leading installation teams around various customer sites the company is working on throughout the city of Atlanta, typically sized between 10 to 15 installers. Other responsibilities include:

Reading construction design documents;
Checking for accuracy during installations;
Leading the install team and making sure the installers know what they are responsible for on any given project;
Ensuring the installations are completed on time;
Keeping safety compliance;
Managing installation timelines;
Keeping up good communication between the project management team and customers;
Resolving any and all issues that may come up during installation;
