World class sail making group seeks talented high energy individual to coordinate service, sales and assist principals. Successful candidate will have the following abilities & attributes:
- Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
- Computer literate; MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sailing, sailboats and their terminology
- Ability to multi-task
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Meet & Greet customers
- Coordinate service flow to and from sail loft
- Operate cloud based service order & inventory system
- Assist the General Manager & Lead Sailmaker | Designer
- Maintain calendar for GM, LS, and customer sail pickups, drop offs and service visits
- Facilitate customer payments prior to release of sails
- General office duties
