This High School SPED Case Manager role will oversee IEPs, provide direct instruction, and collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and student growth.

Job Requirements:

• New Hampshire teaching license with SPED endorsement

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education

• High school experience preferred

Job Duties:

• Case manage IEPs and compliance documentation

• Deliver instruction aligned with student needs

• Collaborate with educators and families

• Monitor academic and behavioral progress
