Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads
- Familiarity with healthcare standards as they pertain to SLP
- Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and other support staff
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to student development
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings for children with a variety of speech and language disorders
- Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with other professionals to promote a supportive learning environment
- Offer consultation and resources to teachers and families, supporting inclusive communication strategies within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
