Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads
  • Familiarity with healthcare standards as they pertain to SLP
  • Strong collaboration skills for working alongside educators, families, and other support staff
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to student development

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students referred for evaluation
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings for children with a variety of speech and language disorders
  • Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation according to school and state guidelines
  • Collaborate with other professionals to promote a supportive learning environment
  • Offer consultation and resources to teachers and families, supporting inclusive communication strategies within the classroom
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
