Rivera, M.D. Psychiatry is a consciously curated, physician-led private practice serving children, adolescents, and adults in the Havertown/Media area. We are expanding our psychotherapy division and seeking a seasoned licensed therapist to join our warm, collaborative, and growth-oriented clinical environment.

This is an opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing therapy arm within an established psychiatric practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) with experience working with both children and adults.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and thoughtful clinical care within a non-corporate, private practice model.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults

• Collaborate with the practice psychiatrist for coordinated care

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

• Participate in building and refining therapy workflows as the division grows

• Contribute to a professional, patient-centered practice culture

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist)

• Experience treating both pediatric and adult populations preferred

• Strong independent clinical judgment

• Excellent communication skills

• Interest in contributing to practice growth and infrastructure

Practice Model

This is not a high-volume clinic setting.

We prioritize intentional care, clinical depth, and collaborative treatment planning.
