Salary Range: $105,000 - $153,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Manage, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional efficiency.
- Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control expenditures.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage, mentor, and motivate production teams.
- Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Demonstrated experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives
