Responsibilities

Perform CT scans using proper techniques and protocols to ensure diagnostic-quality images.

Operate and maintain imaging equipment according to safety and quality standards.

Prepare and position patients for procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.

Review and process images in PACS for physician interpretation.

Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records.

Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Follow infection control, radiation safety, and hospital compliance guidelines.

Participate in on-call rotations as required.
Qualifications
Required:
-
Associate Degree or equivalent in Radiologic Technology.
-
Current Florida State Radiologic Technologist License.
-
ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT).

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Minimum 1 year of CT experience.
Preferred:
-
Acute care experience (required for freestanding emergency department opportunities).

Advanced knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, including head, body, musculoskeletal, spine, and chest imaging.

Strong technical proficiency with PACS and imaging systems.
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay range: $27.42 to $36.95/hr (based on years of experience).

Shift differentials: Evenings +$2/hr, Nights +$3/hr, Weekends +$5/hr.

Sign-on bonus: $15,000.

On-call pay: minimum 2 hours, time-and-a-half compensation.
