Job Details
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of assigned construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
- Manage contract administration and change orders
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings
- Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues
- Foster strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong background in design-build projects is highly desired
- Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
