Business Development Manager – Home Care Services
About the Opportunity
We are a leading provider of private-duty home care services, dedicated to helping clients age safely and comfortably at home. Our approach is grounded in compassion, integrity, and delivering concierge-level care that supports both the client and their family.
We're seeking a dynamic and emotionally intelligent Business Development Manager to build relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, legal/financial sectors, and community organizations. Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including healthcare providers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, and community leaders

Expand brand awareness and identify opportunities for new client acquisition

Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community outreach efforts

Manage inbound inquiries, conduct in-home assessments, and guide prospects through the intake and onboarding process

Ensure ongoing satisfaction of referral sources by delivering consistent, professional follow-up

Collaborate with internal care teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a high-quality client experience

Track all sales activity and referral data using CRM tools and internal systems

Maintain a clear understanding of company policies, compliance requirements, and service offerings
Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of sales or business development experience in healthcare, home care, senior living, or a related field

Demonstrated success in building referral relationships and achieving client growth goals

Strong communication and customer service skills

Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), virtual meeting platforms (Zoom), and productivity tools (Google Workspace)

Willingness to travel within the territory (up to 80% of the time)

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
