Job Criteria (Expectations and Responsibilities)


Must-Haves:

1-2 years experience in social media marketing or content creation (or a strong portfolio)

Excellent written and verbal communication

Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Ability to engage and grow audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

Creative thinker with an eye for trends and local culture

Strong organizational and project management skills

Core Responsibilities:


1. Brand Immersion (Weeks 12)

Participate in team activities and rotate through various roles (front desk, birthday party setup, customer support)

Learn Funbox's voice, brand values, and customer base

Get familiar with how daily operations impact guest experiences

2. Content Strategy

Build a monthly content calendar (events, holidays, promotions, etc.)

Develop and manage social media campaigns (e.g., birthday promos, school holidays)

Plan real-time content around whats happening at the park

Practice building creatives using brand templates

3. Content Creation & Scheduling

Capture in-park footage (kids playing, birthday parties, staff highlights)

Post daily/weekly across platforms (Instagram Stories/Reels, TikTok, etc.)

Write engaging captions and incorporate calls to action

4. Community Engagement Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions

Manage google/yelp reviews and parent/community questions

Run contests, giveaways, and highlight of the week features

5. Influencer & Collab Outreach

Identify and coordinate with local family influencers

Plan and execute influencer days/events

Maintain collaboration tracking sheet

6. Analytics & Reporting

Track engagement, growth, and content performance

Report key metrics and suggest improvements
