Responsibilities

Deliver personalized insurance solutions through consultative selling
Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional service
Follow up on warm leads and generate new business through outreach
Assist customers with quotes, policy questions, and coverage options
Learn agency operations and support business development strategies
Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures

Requirements

A strong interest in building a career in insurance and sales

No prior insurance experience necessary
