Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two rewarding contract opportunities—Elementary and High School levels—are available near Minneapolis, MN. Enjoy a structured schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30am to 3:00pm, and Wednesdays from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Your day-to-day impact is supported by a collaborative environment. Join a team including an on-site SPED Coordinator, Due Process Specialist, and SPED Coach. You'll also benefit from dedicated school-day time to manage IEPs and due process, ensuring your focus remains on quality special education.
What Will Set You Up for Success:
- Active Minnesota Special Education license (Tier 3/4 required)
- Effective classroom management and proven collaboration skills
- Experience in developing and managing IEPs, and handling due process
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Elementary Position (Grades 1-4):
- Provide direct and indirect special education services in a high-needs setting
- Supervise and guide paraprofessionals
- Manage a caseload limited to 15 students
High School Position:
- Deliver resource and push-in academic and behavioral support
- Supervise supporting staff and manage a maximum of 15 students
