Adecco is now hiring in North Fort Worth a Warehouse Administrative Assistant.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.

· Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing shipping documents and labels.

· Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to track deliveries and shipments.

· Assist in scheduling and coordinating deliveries and pickups.

· Manage warehouse administrative paperwork, including invoices, purchase orders, and reports.

· Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications related to warehouse operations.

· Support warehouse staff with clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized office space.

· Assist in tracking employee attendance and work schedules.

· Handle office supply inventory and order necessary materials for warehouse operations.

· May require occasional lifting of office supplies or warehouse documents.

· Regular working hours, with occasional overtime as needed.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

· Previous experience in an administrative or warehouse support role is preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management software.



Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
