Part time and full time available!

Be part of our sushi kitchen team! Work side by side with other sushi chefs to make rolls (maki, handrolls, signature rolls, etc). Steady weekdays and busy weekends.

Requirements:

  • Experience with sushi (familiar working with different types/cuts of fish)
  • Experience making rolls
  • Can multitask and work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
  • Can adapt to changing menus and seasonal items

Responsibilities

  • Prep sushi ingredients
  • Clean kitchen area at end of day
  • Prepare orders in a timely manner including online orders
  • Work well with others
