Be part of our sushi kitchen team! Work side by side with other sushi chefs to make rolls (maki, handrolls, signature rolls, etc). Steady weekdays and busy weekends.
Requirements:
- Experience with sushi (familiar working with different types/cuts of fish)
- Experience making rolls
- Can multitask and work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Can adapt to changing menus and seasonal items
Responsibilities
- Prep sushi ingredients
- Clean kitchen area at end of day
- Prepare orders in a timely manner including online orders
- Work well with others
