DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client Services Director is responsible for creating a relationship with the client that starts when they engage our firm. The Client Services Director’s job includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities:

  • Run 15-minute intake calls and manage client onboarding.
  • Greet, call and interact with our clients. Confirm appointments and send reminders.
  • Keep our CRM accurate and up to date.
  • Oversee pre-meeting communications and document prep.
  • Coordinate estate plan signing ceremonies and binder deliveries.
  • Assist in organizing client files and official binders for the client.
  • Serve as the client’s main contact for questions and updates.
  • Support occasional evening workshops or events.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.

· Ability to meet and deal with internal and external customers in a professional manner.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and/or Google Suite, and general ability to use technology.
  • 2+ years in an administrative, client-facing, or service coordination role.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks a plus.

Schedule & Pay

  • Flexible hours, generally Mon–Thu, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.
  • Competitive pay with a 10% increase after successfully completing a 90-day training period.
  • This position has the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
  • Occasional evening hours (2–3/month) may be required for live events.

If you’re ready to grow with a firm and take ownership of a role that truly matters, we’d love to meet you.
