Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Salesforce FSC Product Owner. As the API Integration Product Owner, you will lead the migration of business services and processes to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role is pivotal in driving enterprise-wide API integration initiatives, ensuring robust technical performance, and delivering high-quality specifications that align with industry best practices for financial services platforms.

Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
- Lead API Integration Strategy: Define and execute the roadmap for migrating legacy and current business services to Salesforce FSC, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to capture requirements and translate them into actionable API specifications.
- Industry Standards Compliance: Ensure all API development and integration activities adhere to financial services industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Agile scrum teams, driving sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative delivery of integration features.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RESTful APIs, leveraging Salesforce FSC capabilities and ensuring optimal performance.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change efforts related to the migration, including training, documentation, and process improvements.
Experience Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS required; 8+ years of relevant experience in API integration and product ownership.
- API Integration Experience: Proven track record in leading API service development and integration projects, preferably within financial services.
- Salesforce FSC Expertise: Deep knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud; Salesforce Admin Certification is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in REST API concepts, Jira, Confluence, and Splunk.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working within Agile scrum teams.
- Regulatory Awareness: Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and security standards in financial services.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
