Job Description

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based out of Blaine, MN. This is a home daily position with guaranteed weekly pay, consistent routes, and steady work.

Position Details:

Home Time: Home Daily
Operating Area: Minnesota & Wisconsin
Average Miles: 1,000–1,570 per week
Stops: 22–28 per week

Pay & Compensation:

Weekly Guarantee: $1,600 (must work full schedule)
Average Weekly Pay: $1,650
Top Weekly Pay: $1,730
Annual Average: $85,515

Pay Breakdown:

CPM: Starting at $0.55 (up to $0.60 with tenure)
Stop Pay: $34 per stop
Hourly Pay: $16.75/hour (cross-docking & extra duties)

Bonus:

$500 transition bonus (paid on second paycheck)

Freight Details:

Electric pallet jack unload
Store deliveries + returns
Cross-docking required

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday
Must be flexible for route changes

Day Routes:

Start: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Mix of attended and unattended deliveries

Night Routes:

Start: 11:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Overnight unattended deliveries
No layovers (home daily)

Equipment:

2020+ straight trucks
Slip seat operation (day/night drivers share trucks)
Truck speed: 65 MPH

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 12 months recent straight truck experience
Hazmat endorsement required
Must live within 65 miles of Blaine, MN
Must be comfortable with:
- Day and night driving
- Multi-stop routes
- Unloading freight
- Flexible scheduling

Important Notes:

Must work full 5-day schedule to qualify for $1,600 guarantee
Sick days or time off will void weekly guarantee
No pets or riders allowed
