Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Act as the right hand to the CBO—manage priorities, coordinate daily workflow, and anticipate needs.
- Calendar & Travel: Oversee a high-volume, ever-changing schedule and handle complex travel logistics end-to-end.
- Communication: Draft polished correspondence, presentations, and meeting materials with speed and accuracy.
- Meetings & Events: Manage logistics for board meetings, offsites, and industry events—ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
- Project Management: Track deadlines and deliverables, organize confidential materials, and ensure follow-through on key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Interface with executives, partners, and artists—delivering white-glove service with professionalism and discretion.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously refine systems and processes to improve productivity and organization.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in entertainment, VC, or high-growth industries.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Poise and discretion when handling confidential or high-stakes matters.
- Comfort juggling priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, and related tools.
- Willingness to work flexibly (evenings/weekends) to support events or travel schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
