An established financial services firm in The Woodlands is seeking a polished, highly organized Events Coordinator to plan and host executive-level seminars (4–5 per month), support leadership, and enhance the client experience.
If you’ve successfully managed weddings, small to large events, or client-facing experiences and are looking for a stable, professional, in-office role with consistent hours...this could be a fantastic fit. Looking for a talented event professional looking to bring their creativity into corporate events and social platforms.
This role blends:
- Event & seminar planning (venues, vendors, guest communication, follow-up)
- Client interaction & executive support
- CRM management (Redtail a plus)
- Social media content creation
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Polished and professional with clients
- Comfortable managing social media for a business
Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- In-office | The Woodlands
- Mon–Thurs 9–5 | Fri 9–3
- 4–5 evening seminars per month (additional compensation provided)
