What You'll Be Doing (Besides Changing Lives!)

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop personalized treatment plans in a clinic setting.

  • Provide play-based ABA therapy in our clinic and collaborate with families for home/community-based goals.

  • Mentor and train RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians in the clinic.

  • Work closely with other clinicians to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for each client.

  • Collect and analyze data (yes, the data part is important, too).

  • Participate in team meetings and engage in ongoing professional development.

What You'll Need:

  • BCBA Certification

  • North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

  • A kind heart, a sharp mind, and excellent communication skills
