Warehouse Associate/Worker

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our logistics team in North Reading, MA. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to packing, storing, loading, shipping & delivering material/tools. The goal is to increase efficiency and maintain a clean and organized workspace/vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Warehouse Worker Responsibilities and Duties

Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory
Pick and pack products according to orders
Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks or forklifts
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
Always follow safety procedures and guidelines
Assist with cycle counts and stock rotation
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets

Warehouse Worker Qualifications and Skills

Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Basic math and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Forklift certification is a bonus

Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is helpful but not required
On-the-job training will be provided for entry-level applicants
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks is a plus
