Duration: 1-Year Contract
Hours: M-F, Full-Time
Pay: $55 - $70 per hour DOE
Position Overview
LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong project execution skills and experience building and guiding high-performing teams in a remote environment.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through delivery and closeout
- Drive project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
- Lead, mentor, and support high-performing project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and status reporting
- Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables
- Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
- Support occasional travel for key meetings or project milestones as needed
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high?performing teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Proven experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Must reside in Oregon or Washington
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- PMP certification highly preferred
