Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Secretary to support a busy business owner in managing day-to-day operations, scheduling, and communication. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize the owner’s calendar, appointments, and meetings

Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as requested

Handle travel arrangements and itineraries

Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)

Assist with project coordination and follow-ups

Serve as a liaison between the business owner and clients, staff, or vendors

Perform general office duties including data entry, ordering supplies, and billing support

Handle personal errands or tasks as requested (optional depending on role)
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or similar administrative role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools

Discretion and confidentiality are a must

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plus
