Alpharetta ENT Specialists is a patient-centered ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) practice dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients of all ages. We are seeking a reliable, motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing team and support our physicians and clinical staff in delivering excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Assist providers with ENT exams and in-office procedures
- Prepare and clean exam rooms and medical equipment
- Administer injections and medications as directed (per scope of practice)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
- Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient education as needed
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office preferred (ENT experience a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
