What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.
- Managing manpower, production, schedules, and jobsite execution.
- Developing and mentoring apprentices and Journeymen.
- Maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
- Coordinating with Project Managers, customers, and subcontractors.
- Identifying and solving problems before they impact the project.
- Building a culture of accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Ensuring projects are delivered with excellence.
What You'll Bring
- Montana Journeyman Electrician License.
- Proven Foreman experience leading commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, plans, and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and coach others.
- High level of accountability and professionalism.
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel throughout Montana as projects require.
