Wide Effect Talent Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Services & Payroll Coordinator in our Dousman, WI office to support the operational management of our field workforce.
This position will work directly with the Manager of Field Services to coordinate employee onboarding, assist with payroll administration, and provide ongoing support to field employees working on assignment with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the onboarding process for newly hired field employees from offer acceptance through start date.
- Ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time prior to employee start dates.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for field employees during onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support to field employees throughout their assignments, assisting with questions related to paychecks, hours worked, and employment documentation.
- Assist the Manager of Field Services with payroll coordination and time tracking processes.
- Help collect and track employee timesheets and ensure time is submitted accurately and on schedule.
- Assist in reviewing and organizing payroll data prior to submission.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation related to payroll and assignments.
- Assist with maintaining current job postings on internal job boards and external platforms such as LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
- Help coordinate communication between sales, recruiting, and operations teams regarding employee start dates and assignments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing, HR coordination, payroll administration, or workforce operations preferred.
- Familiarity with timesheet management or employee onboarding processes is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills – especially attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Driven attitude to manage issues before they become problems.
