We are seeking a diligent and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations by handling various administrative tasks and providing support to our team.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail items.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.

Assist with basic A/P and A/R and reconciliation process.

Run office errands as needed (e.g., bank deposits, deliveries, key copies).

Plan and implement logistics of company parties and meetings

Support the team with administrative tasks as assigned.


Requirements

Experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a related role is a positive, but not required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are preferred.

Reliable vehicle and insurance required.

Willingness to work out of our Sacramento location once a week as needed.
