JOB TITLE: Electronics Test Technician

PAY RATE: Up to $27/hour

Summary:
-
Ideal for individuals with a strong interest in electronics and a hands-on approach, this role involves testing and assembling advanced electronic systems in a high-tech production environment.

Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, subassemblies, and circuit boards using both manual and automated test equipment.

Follow detailed work instructions and test procedures to ensure product compliance and quality.

Operate various measuring instruments and electronic testing equipment.

Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records in digital test databases.

Assist with basic troubleshooting and retesting of electronic assemblies.

Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement and meet delivery goals.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED required.
-
Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Clearance; active clearance preferred.

Experience with electronics, electrical systems, or microelectronics is preferred.

Understanding of ESD procedures and safe handling of sensitive components.

Basic computer literacy (for timekeeping, documentation, work instruction access).

Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Dependable, punctual, and eager to grow in a team-oriented environment.

Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
