Position Overview
We are hiring Construction Assemblers for a 6‑month contract position—perfect for someone looking for a solid summer job, hands‑on work, and a reliable schedule. You’ll support mechanical assembly in a clean, organized manufacturing environment using hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts and components
- Use hand and power tools (pneumatic, manual, and electric)
- Measure and verify accuracy using tape measures and calipers
- Drill and tap holes as needed
- Perform basic adjustments, rework, and repair tasks
- Move materials using hoists, carts, and dollies
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ year experience in construction, mechanical assembly, or related work
- Able to use:
- Tape measures (standard & metric)
- Torque wrenches (ft‑lbs & Nm)
- Dial calipers
- Comfortable drilling and tapping holes
- Able to read basic blueprints or schematics
- Reliable attendance & strong safety mindset
- Enjoys hands‑on, physical work
Work Environment
- Fully on‑site manufacturing role
- Steel‑toe boots required
- No jewelry; long hair must be tied back
- Standard PPE/safety gear required
- Designated breaks; breakroom with refrigerator
- No phones/headsets allowed on production floor

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
