Job Coach - $500 Hiring Bonus
Location: Canby, OR
Schedule: Part-Time

Whether you have experience in employment support, caregiving, or are new to the field, CAS provides paid training, ongoing support, and growth opportunities so you can succeed.
What You’ll Do as a Job Coach:

Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their workplace to help them succeed on the job.

Collaborate with employers to build inclusive and supportive work environments.

Encourage independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.

Document progress and follow individualized support plans.

Support individuals in building professional and social connections.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in employment support, human services, or caregiving is a plus—but no experience is required!

Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

Valid driver’s license and ability to be approved as a company driver.

Pass a national background check.

Strong communication skills, reliability, and patience.

Ability to adapt to different workplace settings and provide guidance in real-time.
