Salary: $18-$20
Key Responsibilities:
- Support key customers, ensuring timely and accurate handling of order requirements.
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status, lead times, and any changes.
- Serve as a liaison between internal purchasing and external customers to coordinate expectations. Collaborate to validate timelines and expedite vendor delivery to meet customer timelines.
- Assist with general customer inquiries, product availability, and basic technical information.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with computer systems, Outlook and ERP systems
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service or order processing experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Project management experience, preferred.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
