What You'll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Be a primary point of contact for customers (in person, by phone, or email), providing friendly and efficient support, answering inquiries, and resolving routine issues.
- Clerical Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, organize and maintain physical and digital files, perform accurate data entry, and assist with document preparation.
- Office Operations: Support the smooth running of the office by assisting with supply management, maintaining common areas, and coordinating basic office needs.
- Problem-Solving: Listen actively to customer needs and concerns, effectively troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document customer interactions and administrative activities in our systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience (1-2+ years preferred) in a customer service, clerical, or office support role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning company-specific software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
