Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector 2, you will perform visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, systems, or units to ensure they meet established specifications for reliability and workmanship. You will utilize gauges, templates, and other manufacturing aids to verify product quality, and ensure all required process operations have been completed. You will also be responsible for entering and uploading quality data into the appropriate electronic or manual systems, and notifying relevant personnel if unusual product defects are identified or if process yields fall below acceptable levels.
Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of electronic cards, sub-assemblies, systems, or units.
- Use gauges, templates, and other aids to ensure product specifications are met.
- Verify completion of required process operations on inspected products.
- Enter and upload quality data into electronic or manual systems.
- Notify production supervisors, line leads, or quality engineers of unusual defects.
- Tag non-conforming products to visually segregate them from finished goods.
- Provide timely feedback to manufacturing regarding non-conforming products.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in inspection, testing, and repairing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Windows applications.
- Ability to assemble and audit quality using Microsoft applications.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in quality control.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
