Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring callers are routed to the appropriate department or personnel.

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing an attentive and welcoming front desk presence.

• Manage communication flow effectively, including handling inbound calls and addressing inquiries promptly.

• Assist with scheduling and coordination tasks to support office operations.

• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate documentation of calls and messages.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations in a dynamic environment.

• Provide bilingual support, facilitating communication between English and Spanish-speaking clients.

• Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service in all interactions.

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tasks within a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing high call volumes.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in using basic office software, such as email and data entry tools.
