Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment strongly favored
- Strong knowledge of IEP documentation, goal-writing, and progress assessment
- Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with students, families, and educators
- Effective organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varied needs of a school population
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with physical needs
- Deliver direct PT services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams—including teachers, occupational therapists, and administrators
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings to ensure the best accommodations are provided
- Educate families and staff on strategies to incorporate physical therapy into daily learning activities
- Monitor, document, and report on student progress to inform ongoing intervention
