About Us
Mamaya Health was born out of a bold ambition: to shape a future where mental health care is accepted as a fundamental human right. At Mamaya, we know that therapy is a lifeline, not a luxurywhich is why we accept most major insurances and offer sliding fee and deep sliding fee scales to reduce financial barriers. Whether facing perinatal complications, womens health issues, or perimenopausal/menopausal challenges, every woman deserves the care she needs in a safe, stigma-free space. Our multidisciplinary team uses evidence-based practices to engage women early, conduct personalized risk assessments, and deliver high quality virtual mental health care.
Our mission is to increase access to life-giving mental healthcare for women, supporting their well-being from menstruation through menopause.
