What You’ll Do

Deliver resident-centered nursing care in Assisted Living

Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

Monitor resident health and report changes promptly to RNs and physicians

Collaborate with caregivers, residents, and families to support individualized care plans

Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

Build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting their independence and dignity
Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio (required)

CPR certification required

Experience in Assisted Living, long-term care, or senior care preferred

Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused personality

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Clinical skills with attention to accuracy and detail
