We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for both maintaining high-level service for our current partners and aggressively pursuing new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Drive revenue by identifying and visiting potential clients (door-to-door) to build new partnerships and expand our market share.
  • Account Management: Visit current customers at least once a week to ensure satisfaction, manage inventory, and identify opportunities to increase sales volume.
  • Territory Strategy: Establish and optimize sales territories to maximize efficiency and coverage.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Use Sales Order (SO) systems to manage accounts, track interactions, and provide timely, professional quotes to prospects.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze sales statistics and territory data to identify areas of improvement and hit monthly growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in outside sales, and customer service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the bakery or food service industry is highly preferred. Understanding product shelf-life and bakery operations is a major asset.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Sales Order (SO) systems, ability to generate and explain pricing quotes.
  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to visit customers daily.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and negotiate effectively.
