Job DescriptionLHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a client near on the northwest side of Chicago with a Payroll/Accounts payable role. This role will support the team with both payroll and final AP submissions. This is a hybrid role and direct hire.
Responsibilities:
Process and ensure accuracy with multistate payroll
Verify taxes, garnishments, deductions
Meet payroll deadlines
Review expenses and vendor invoices
Submit accounts payable invoices for payment
Perform analysis and suggestions for process improvements
Assist with reporting and audits
Requirements:
3+ years in payroll and accounts payable
Accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
Analytical mindset
Extensive experience with Excel and other software programs
Excellent customer service skills
Salary: $60-$65K
Benefits may include: health plan options, dental coverage, vision coverage, life and disability, and flexible spending
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
