In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of accounting processes for our firm. Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records.
• Utilize QuickBooks to track financial transactions and generate reports as needed.
• Handle payroll processing, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and balance financial data.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, preparing necessary documentation and reports.
• Maintain organized records of financial data, both digitally and physically.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and financial statements for clients.
• Perform data entry tasks to ensure all financial information is accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with team members to address financial inquiries and provide exceptional client service.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ability to perform accurate account and bank reconciliations.
• Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining financial records.
