- Title: Bilingual Customer Service (Spanish & English speaking)
- Holidays Include: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
- Shift: 10am-7pm
- Pay: $19 an hour
- Location: Onsite Sandy Springs, GA 30350 (You must live within 25 miles)
- Start Date: Tentative training start dates between 7/27 or 8/03
Duties
• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts, and document interactions through internal systems
• Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone, chat, and email
• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making
• Receive, document, and resolve customer complaints
• Handle issues in the best interest of both the customer and the company
• Meet weekly and monthly KPI expectations
• Great communication skills and experience working on a team
Experience
• Prior experience handling calls in a contact center
• Excellent tone of voice
• Familiarity with quality assurance
• Listening skills & ability to display empathy towards our customers.
• Well-spoken and able to professionally respond to customers in writing and verbally
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures involving multiple systems
• Well-versed in Microsoft applications – primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook
