This posting is for a full-time Medical Front Office position at Burger Rehabilitation, a physical therapy company. This position is for our Folsom Clinic; this clinic is extremely busy, and the role focuses heavily on:
- Patient scheduling and heavy phone useage
- Front-desk and administrative support
- Handling medical paperwork
- Customer service and patient interaction
- Professional appearance and communication
Key qualifications they emphasize:
- Medical office experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- Comfort working in a healthcare environment
- Reliability and commitment to the clinic and patients
Schedule and benefits:
- Monday–Friday,8:30-5:30
