Looking for a job that takes you on the road? Are you an extrovert who likes talking to people?
We’re hiring Traveling Petitioners to help gather signatures for statewide ballot initiatives across the U.S. You’ll work face-to-face with the public, collecting valid signatures to qualify issues for the ballot.
This is a fast-paced, highly mobile position ideal for outgoing, energetic people who are comfortable speaking to strangers and working outdoors.

Job Description:

Approach the public in busy areas to collect signatures

Follow legal guidelines for petitioning

Track and report signature counts and quality daily

Work on your feet for long hours, often outdoors

Travel between assignments as needed (lodging and transportation costs are covered)
What You Need:

No experience required — we train you.
If you’ve worked on campaigns, canvassed, or petitioned before, great! If not, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. -
Outgoing personality — comfortable starting conversations with strangers in public places.

Resilience — must be able to handle rejection professionally

Strong attention to detail — petitions are legal documents

Valid driver’s license and smartphone

Willingness to live and work on the road for several weeks or months at a time

Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
