Role Description
We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity in Garden City, NY. The Transaction Manager will oversee and manage real estate transactions, including lease negotiations and due diligence processes. Responsibilities include financial analysis, lease administration, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of transaction-related documentation. The role also involves collaborating with clients, managing finances associated with transactions, and analyzing market trends to align with client needs.
