We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive office manager to support and coordinate our administrative and office operations. This role will work closely with ownership to manage day-to-day office functions, improve systems, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and takes pride in creating a well-run office where communication is clear and everyone is supported to do their best work. Compensation- $55,000 - $65,000 per year plus benefits, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, service providers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring clear, professional communication.
- Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative and office functions, working closely with ownership to keep operations organized and running smoothly.
- Maintain and improve office systems, including filing, scheduling support, office supplies, and general organization.
- Take ownership of assigned administrative responsibilities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and with attention to the client experience.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
- Comfortable communicating professionally with clients, vendors, and service partners by phone and email.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and complete tasks accurately and on time.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Takes pride in their work and follows through on responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Dependable and consistent, with a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Interest in residential remodeling or service-based businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems: comfortable learning new software.
