Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Provide individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement behavior intervention and support plans
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer crisis intervention when necessary
- Conduct staff training around mental health and wellness
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in line with district policies
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility for certification)
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and special education processes
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Commitment to culturally responsive practices
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
- Previous experience in schools or educational settings is a plus
