<p>Job DescriptionClass B Industrial Painter is a skilled manufacturing and maintenance role focused on preparing surfaces and applying heavy-duty protective coatings to industrial machinery, parts, and structures. These specialists ensure products are coated according to rigid engineering and customer specifications Key Responsibilities

<li>Surface Prep: Sandblasting, grinding, cleaning, and masking metal or concrete to prep it for paint.</li>
<li>Coating Application: Operating high-pressure spray painting equipment to apply specialized coatings like zinc, epoxy, and polyurethane.</li>
<li>Material Management: Accurately mixing paints, thinners, and hardeners according to strict technical ratios.</li>
<li>Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, paint pots, hoses, and paint booths.

<li>Quality &amp; Safety: Inspecting finished products for defects (drips, uneven coating) and following strict PPE/safety guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]</li>
