Job DescriptionJob Overview:
- Follow all workplace safety and product quality policies and guidelines.
- Complete all required site-specific training related to safety and quality standards.
- Receive components and items for assembly and testing in the required sequence.
- Assemble and test mechanical or electrical components using hand tools and equipment.
- Perform assembly of standard product variations as required.
- Follow detailed assembly and testing instructions, including color coding and material handling procedures.
- Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards.
- Read and interpret basic layout and assembly drawings.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Support internal and external customer expectations.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly and testing of components with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation and production records.
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
