Position: Restaurant Manager
What You’ll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the engine behind daily operations and exceptional hospitality. You will lead by example, coach your team to success, and ensure every guest leaves happy and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on service, quality, and efficiency
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience from start to finish
- Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and develop team members
- Coach and mentor staff to reach high performance and maintain strong morale
- Maintain standards for cleanliness, safety, and food quality
- Handle guest concerns and employee issues with professionalism and confidence
- Use independent judgment to resolve challenges and keep operations running smoothly
- Spend 50%+ of your time performing management responsibilities
